Update on Toybeta Gift Service Fee & New Process
Dear Toybeta Community,
To create a smoother and more transparent experience for everyone, we are introducing the following updates effective February 1, 2026:
1. Most Gift Sending Is Now Free
Most everyday gift sending during livestreams will no longer require a service fee.
Please note: For large or complex items that require special handling, a service fee may still apply due to additional processing and verification work.
2. New Gift Sending & Claim Process (Order-Based Confirmation)
To ensure accuracy and reduce manual errors, all gift sending must now be confirmed through a $0 order. Verbal instructions during livestreams alone are not considered valid without a gift order number.
For the Gift Sender:
The sender must place a $0 order via the Gift Sending link to generate a unique gift order number and ensure the recipient is informed of it.
Each gift will be reserved for the recipient for 72 hours.

For the Gift Recipient:
The recipient must place a $0 order through the Gift Claim link to confirm acceptance and have an eligible purchase made within the past 24 hours. The gift will then be matched, recorded, and merged with the recipient’s order for shipment.
This order-based process allows both parties to confirm the gift clearly, and helps our team accurately track item movement.

3. Unclaimed Gifts
If a gift is not claimed within 72 hours, it will be offered as a giveaway in a future livestream to another lucky customer, allowing the surprise and kindness behind each gift to continue spreading throughout our community.
