Before purchasing, please note blind box products contain random styles/characters and cannot be specified. The actual style/character will be determined upon opening the box.
1. Refunds or returns are not supported after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem.
Returns or exchanges are not supported for personal reasons such as "change of mind" or "not getting the target in Blind Box products".
2. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box.
3. Please note that blind boxes may have manufacturing defects such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, paint loss, or air bubbles. These imperfections are a normal part of the production process, and we appreciate your understanding.
4. Plush products may be squeezed and slightly deformed during shipping and may need simple sorting to restore to a normal state.
5. If your order has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (contact@toybeta.com) first.
Gift Service Notice
Our Gift Service is provided as a complimentary goodwill service for our community. To help ensure a successful gift transfer:
• The sender should submit a Gift Sending order only after the gift has been clearly confirmed during the livestream.
• The recipient should submit a Claim Gift order only after the gift has been given during the livestream and must use a valid order from the same day or the next day to claim the gift.
• We strongly recommend that both keep screenshots or other proof of the gift confirmation for reference.
Gift transfers are processed based on the information provided by both customers. If required information, confirmation, screenshots, or orders are missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or cannot be verified, we may be unable to process the gift as intended.
Because this is a complimentary service, unsuccessful gift transfers resulting from missing or unverifiable information do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or compensation.

To claim a gift, your most recent qualifying order should be placed within the last 24 hours to keep your account active for gift matching.
📝 How to Claim Your Gift
Step 1 — Place This $0 Order
Submit this order to officially start the claim process.
Step 2 — Leave the Required Order Note
In your order notes, you must include the sender’s $0 gift order number so we can match the gift correctly.
Example:
Gift order number is #6789, claiming Nommi plush
Incorrect or missing order information may result in delays or an invalid claim.
⏰ Claim Time Limit
Gifts must be claimed within 72 hours from the sender’s order time.
Expired gifts cannot be recovered.
🎁 After Successful Claim
Once verified, the gift will be merged and shipped with your eligible order.

• Each account may claim up to 2 gifts per day using the same qualifying order.
Gifts exceeding this limit can be claimed the next day using a new valid order.
• This link is only for regular blind box-sized gifts. For large or special items, please contact customer service to claim.
• Claims from accounts flagged as abnormal or fraudulent will be declined.
• Verbal confirmations during livestreams are not considered valid without a $0 order.

2. Brand & Supplier Pricing Changes
Some price adjustments are caused by official brand pricing updates, distributor costs, promotions, or supply chain changes, which are outside of Toybeta’s direct control.
3. Fairness to All Customers
To ensure fairness and consistency for all customers, we do not provide price adjustments, partial refunds, or refunds for price differences on orders that have already been placed or completed.
4. Acceptance of Real-Time Pricing
By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that product prices may fluctuate over time after purchase, as part of the normal nature of the collectibles and blind box market.

5: Please do not litter products ,we should protect the environment.
6: Due to different measurement methods, the product size has an error of 1-3cm, which is within the normal range.
7: The color of the product is affected by factors such as lighting, monitor screen, camera, etc., and the picture will be slightly different from the real object. The picture and size are for reference only, and the actual object shall prevail.
