Before purchasing, please note blind box products contain random styles/characters and cannot be specified. The actual style/character will be determined upon opening the box.
1. Refunds or returns are not supported after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem.
Returns or exchanges are not supported for personal reasons such as "change of mind" or "not getting the target in Blind Box products".
2. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box.
3. Please note that blind boxes may have manufacturing defects such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, paint loss, or air bubbles. These imperfections are a normal part of the production process, and we appreciate your understanding.
4. Plush products may be squeezed and slightly deformed during shipping and may need simple sorting to restore to a normal state.
5. If your order has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (contact@toybeta.com) first.

To claim a gift, your most recent qualifying order should be placed within the last 24 hours to keep your account active for gift matching.

Step 1 โ Place This $0 Order
Submit this order to officially start the claim process.
Step 2 โ Leave the Required Order Note
In your order notes, you must include the senderโs $0 gift order number so we can match the gift correctly.
Example:
Gift order number is #6789, claiming Nommi plush
Incorrect or missing order information may result in delays or an invalid claim.
โฐ Claim Time Limit
Gifts must be claimed within 72 hours from the senderโs order time.
Expired gifts cannot be recovered.
๐ After Successful Claim
Once verified, the gift will be merged and shipped with your eligible order.

โข Each account may claim up to 2 gifts per day using the same qualifying order.
Gifts exceeding this limit can be claimed the next day using a new valid order.

โข Claims from accounts flagged as abnormal or fraudulent will be declined.
โข Verbal confirmations during livestreams are not considered valid without a $0 order.
