If your order has an INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of the package, any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (contact@toybeta.com) first.

Please provide the below information in the email and send it to our customer service mail
1. Your order number
2. A screenshot from the livestream when the item was opened (if applicable)
3. An unboxing video of the package (if available)
4. Photos of the damaged item
