Before purchasing, please note blind box products contain random styles/characters and cannot be specified. The actual style/character will be determined upon opening the box.
1. Refunds or returns are not supported after the order is unboxed unless there is a quality problem.
Returns or exchanges are not supported for personal reasons such as "change of mind" or "not getting the target in Blind Box products".
2. We do our best to pack our products carefully, but we cannot guarantee that the boxes will arrive in perfect condition due to international shipping. We want to make it clear that any damage to the outer packaging is the result of the delivery company handling it, which is beyond our control. We are only responsible for damages to the figures inside the blind box.
3. Please note that blind boxes may have manufacturing defects such as uneven dyeing, minor scratches, paint loss, or air bubbles. These imperfections are a normal part of the production process, and we appreciate your understanding.
4. Plush products may be squeezed and slightly deformed during shipping and may need simple sorting to restore to a normal state.
5. If your order has INCORRECT, DAMAGED, OR MISSING ITEMS issue, please contact us within 7 days from the receipt of our item, any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us via email (contact@toybeta.com) first.

It's so soft and fluffy
Haven’t opened it yet since it is a Christmas present but the boxes came in perfect condition. I recommend this store. Lots of adorable items.
I really like that these are quite a bit larger than a lot of plush usually are! I feel like they are reasonably priced for the size. I wish the orange little guy I got had a little bit more defined ears but still cute. One of his eyes has something sticky on it also but I’m going to see if I can get it off. Also not sure if this is a mistake but on the box it says he’s “orange soda” but on his card it says “grape lily” haha..weird lol. My gray little cat “milk cream sesame” was just fine from what I can tell and his card is correct. Overall they are still cute though.
